Therapeutic Meal Support: Cultivating Confidence and Healing
At Kayla Jessop Nutrition, we offer therapeutic meal support to guide you through the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual sessions, designed for both adults and adolescents, create a safe and structured space to confront fear foods, practice normalized eating, and rebuild a healthy relationship with food. We focus on empowering you to trust your body, listen to its cues, and develop the skills necessary for lasting recovery, all while providing the accountability and support you need
